Winter is quickly approaching and here in the Northeast that means we have to be prepared for any type of weather. With cold temperatures, snow and freezing rain as the standard weather during the winter, road conditions can change quickly so drivers have to be prepared for anything.
State Farm insurance knows this and to help consumers when the unexpected happens, they have teamed up with state transportation agencies to promote highway safety through the Assist Patrol Program.
These State Farm sponsored patrols travel the highway system looking for accidents, dangerous debris and stranded motorists to provide roadside assistance and get drivers safely on their way.
Assist Patrol’s free roadside assistance includes services like changing tires, fixing minor mechanical problems, removing debris from the road, towing services and more. For more information on the states and region it services, visit:www.assistpatrol.com.
