My daughters and I love Pepperoni Pizza but when the weather is warm sometimes you just want something lighter. This Pepperoni Pizza Pasta Salad is full of flavor, comes together in minutes and can be served hot or cold so it truly is the easiest meal you will make this summer!
Pepperoni Pizza Pasta Salad
I love the spice and flavor that the pepperoni gives this salad but what is great about it is you can customize it to your families liking.
How to make Pepperoni Pizza Pasta Salad
Ingredients
- 1 box Farfalle pasta
- 1 stick pepperoni diced
- 8oz sharp cheddar cheese cubed
- 1 container cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
- 1 can black olives , sliced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
Prepare pasta according to directions on box
Mix together Italian seasoning, tomato paste, vinegar and oil
Toss pasta and add pepperoni, cheese and olives with seasoning mixture in large bowl and season with salt and pepper to your liking
We like this pasta salad with pepperoni, sharp cheddar cheese and black olives but you can customize it any way you want by adding salami, different types of cheese, green olives, peppers…you name it, you can add it!
