During the summer and nicer weather months I love to cook outside on my grill and during the cooler months I really miss the ease of preparation and cleanup of my gas grill. And yes, we could grill outside in the snow but let’s be honest, who wants to stand in the cold and the snow to wait for your burger, chicken or steak to be ready? Despite our recent streak of good weather, it is Fall in NEPA and the cooler weather is on its way and it won’t be long before we have to put away the gas grill for the season and give up the thought of a juicy, perfectly grilled burger, chicken or steak…or do we?
With the T-Fal OptiGrill we can keep grilling all winter long with perfect results every time, all from the convenience of our kitchen!
The T-Fall OptiGrill has a built-in sensor that automatically adapts to the thickness of your food and delivers perfect doneness from rare to well-done for six different programs: burgers, poultry, sandwiches, sausage, red meat and fish. The manual cooking function is perfect for vegetables or personal recipes and the defrost setting evenly thaws all types of frozen dishes. The OptiGrill will get a perfectly cooked meal with every use so you’ll never have to slave over the grill – and guess when your food is cooked – again.
Perfectly cooked food, every time!
Want to make homemade Guacamole, Salsa or grind spices the easy way? Why not use the IMUSA Lava Rock Molcajete mortar & pestle. The weight of the authentic stone provides stability and makes pounding a cinch, while the rough surface provides a distinct texture to salsas and dips. The molcajete is composed of volcanic rock material which seasons over time, ensuring even more flavorful salsas and guacamole with each use.
This molcajete is large enough to grind up a party-size batch of guacamole, then mix and serve it in the same bowl. So break out the tortilla chips and let’s have a fiesta!

And finally, you need to use a good olive oil in your recipes in order to really bring out the taste of your foods and Iberia Extra Virgin Olive Oil is the best. Made from hand selected and harvested olives from Spain, it is 100% Extra Virgin Olive Olive extracted using a “first press” process. Just two tablespoons of olive oil consumed daily may reduce the risk of heart disease and it tastes great.
