So we have finished up another week on Nutrisystem and the plan is still working great. It is so nice to not have to do lots of prep for meals or have to worry about what I am going to eat next…everything is already prepared for me.
I have been eating lots of salads and am enjoying them. I have started adding some Turkey Pepperoni and cheese to mine (Powerfuel) so that kinda “beefs” up the salad and makes it more of a meal. I still am not hungry on this program at all!
After a couple pounds lost last week I pretty much stayed the same this week even though I stayed on plan but that is fine. I have realized while charting my weight loss over a few weeks that there seems to be an ebb and flow to how much I lose and when I lose based on “hormonal fluctuations.” I think that is why when I talk to women then get frustrated by the process, because women can be on plan on stay the same or even gain week to week…when men don’t have those issues to deal with! It’s all part of the process and I am just staying the course and sticking to the plan!
It was good week. I stuck to my plan and I was committed to going to the gym. I lost 3.5 pounds this past week.
That brings my total to 15.5 pounds. I have been easting the Thick French Toast with a banana in the morning.
For lunch I have been alternating between the Chicken Quesadilla and Chicken Fajita with salad for lunch.
My plan calls for two desserts a day so I use one for an afternoon snack. For dinner, I like the Salisbury Steak with Mac and Cheese.
Week 6 Results:
Megan– .1 lbs ( 16.1 lbs lost since starting the program)
Vince– 3.5 lbs (15.5 lbs lost since starting the program)
Combined Total Weight Loss– lbs lost overall
