Memorial Day is quickly approaching and as the unofficial kickoff to summer it means that warm weather and BBQ’s are quickly approaching. I love summer and I love being able to cook out and eat outside and not have to stand over a hot stove! It is also a great excuse to use paper plates and not have to do dishes as all the mess is outside.

Memorial Day Cookout Recipes
Pulled Pork–This recipe actually uses the crockpot so you don’t even have to worry about firing up the grill. All the work is done for you so you don’t have to stand over it and remember to flip anything over. Make it with homemade BBQ sauce or use a bottled sauce for ultimate ease!
Cucumber and Tomato Salad Recipe with Feta Cheese–this cool and refreshing salad is super simple to make and goes great with Pulled Pork or any other BBQ foods. Plus it gets better as it sits so you can make it ahead of time!
Grilled Red Potatoes-– This potatoes taste great and they are easy to make since you do them right on the grill. You just dice everything up and wrap it in tinfoil and cook until done! So simple, so easy, no mess!
Jello Cake--This recipe is so easy and moist and yummy that everyone will be asking for seconds! Plus when you add fresh berries it looks so festive so it is perfect for Memorial Day or the 4th of July!
