I always used “drunken” raisins when I make Irish Soda Bread. Soak the raisins in a liquor of your choice for a day or so.

It truly is where he is comfortable, but a busy day of school AND a winning golf match means one thing—a HUNGRY TEEN! And a hungry teen means you better have a quick snack on hand! When you need something filling and QUICK, nothing is better that a glass of ice-cold milk and a bowl of cereal!

As parents, we are always looking for ways to FUEL THEIR DRIVE with @lehighvalleydairy.

In this back-to-school promotion, Lehigh Valley will award 18 grants ranging from $1,000 to $10,000 to high schools in the communities it serves, including Philadelphia, Scranton, Baltimore and Washington, D.C. Dollars can be used to update a sports field, revamp the school gym, purchase much-needed athletic equipment, or whatever the greatest need is!

You can help your local Scranton area High School win just by:

- Buy Lehigh Valley Milk at your local retailer (Available at retailers like Target and Giant)
- Snap a photo of the receipt - Upload your receipt here: https://fueltheirdrive.com/Lehigh
