Tonight, the Holiday Season kicks-off in downtown Scranton with the lighting of the Times Radio Tower at 149 Penn Ave! The block party will run from 5-7:30 and will feature holiday movies, live music, food vendors, hot chocolate, horse drawn buggy rides, the tower lighting and of course, fireworks. The tower lighting will take place at 6:30 with fireworks to immediately follow.
We took the kids last year and this is a great way to kick-off the season! It is fun and festive and my kids loved it!! Hopefully the rain will hold off tonight and we will see you there!
