This Healthy Ranch Dressing is perfect for summer salads and as a dip for your favorite vegetables.
I love to eat fresh vegetables no matter what time of year it is but I especially love them in the spring and summer when they are fresh-picked and full of flavor. My kids are competitive swimmers and they are always hungry so I love to put out a bunch of fresh veggies and whip up this easy recipe for ranch dressing.
Healthy Ranch Dressing
1 tsp dried parsley
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
2 containers (5.3oz) Chobani plain non-fat greek yogurt
1/3 cup buttermilk
Juice of one lemon
Put Yogurt in medium sized bowl
Add parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, buttermilk and lemon juice
Mix well and serve with your favorite summer salad or cut vegetables
