Many of you have been inquiring when the the super popular Gertrude Hawk Open House and Chocolate Plant tour will be and they have finally announced the date for this year!
This FREE event will take place on Saturday, November 19th from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. at 9 Keystone Industrial Park, Dunmore PA. The self guided tour takes approximately 1 hour and involves the climbing of stairs so plan accordingly.
This event includes:
–FREE Chocolate Samples
–Chocolate tent sales(just in time to stock up for the Holiday’s!)
–Basket Raffles
Make sure to stock by and get the inside peek as to what goes into each bite of Gertrude Hawk yumminess!

I wish there was some advertising before the event. Not all of us follow facebook and play on the computer all day. This is something my family enjoys every other year and I have been watching the paper for it, but did not see it.Maybe consider doing it every year , you know you will get the turn out.Really sorry to miss it.

They do the tour every other year so it will be in 2015!!
Every even year and the Saturday before thanksgiving for years… Plan accordingly! :). 2016 next after this year!

No I don’t believe there will be. The tours are every other year so the next tour is in 2016. Thanks!
looking forward to the tour for 2016, this is our first time going. hoping my 18 month old will like it. Im wondering if we have to wear any type of hair net….if my son needs one i doubt hes gonna keep it on. thought about bringing the stroller but with a huge crowd and steps…not a good idea. hoping i get a reply back.
