Pumpkin Pie Dip
Serves: Makes 4 cups
  • 8oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1¼ cups canned pumpkin
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp nutmeg
  • ½ tsp ginger
  • ¼ tsp cloves (optional)
  1. In a large mixing bowl blend together cream cheese and powered sugar until combined. Mix at medium speed until smooth and fluffy (about 1 minute). Add in pumpkin, sour cream, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and cloves and mix until well blended and fluffy(about 2 minutes). Store in refrigerator in an airtight container.
