Balsamic Roasted Vegetable Recipe
  • Ingredients
  • Frozen vegetables of your choice--we like Broccoli, Cauliflower and Carrots
  • Garlic
  • Olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
  1. Directions
  2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  3. Place frozen vegetables on sheet pan
  4. Cover with olive oil (use liberally, you want them to be coated)
  5. Add Balsamic Vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper and mix well
  6. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 20-15 minutes to desired crispness
