Pork Chops with Mushrooms in a Balsamic Glaze
These easy Pork Chops with Balsamic Mushroom Sauce taste great and are ready in minutes! Perfect for busy nights.
  • thin sliced pork chops
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 lb sliced mushrooms
  • ⅓ cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  1. Cook garlic with splash of olive oil in oven proof pan over medium heat until translucent
  2. Sear pork chops on each side until brown and add soy sauce and balsamic vinegar.
  3. Cook in oven at 350 degrees for 15 minutes, then remove pork chops and sauce and set aside
  4. Add 2 tbsp of olive oil to pan and cook mushrooms until soft.
  5. Melt butter with mushrooms, add in pork chops and sauce and cook on stovetop for 5 minutes.
