Roasted Salt and Vinegar Potatoes
These easy Roasted Salt and Vinegar Potatoes make a great side dish and with only 3 ingredients they are a snap to make!
  • Red potatoes
  • Malt Vinegar
  • Kosher Salt
  1. Place 1 tbsp salt and potatoes in pot filled with water and bring to a boil
  2. Boil potatoes until soft
  3. Remove potatoes from water and place on a rimmed cookie sheet
  4. Smush potatoes with the flat bottom of a cup until they crack and flatten
  5. Drizze Malt vinegar over potatoes (use as much or as little as you like!)
  6. Sprinkle with Kosher Salt
  7. Bake at 350 degree until potatoes turn the desired shade of brown ( I bake mine until the edges turn crispy, you can also do this step on a grill pan on your grill)
  8. Enjoy!
