Pulled Pork in the Slow Cooker
This Pulled Pork is made in the slow cooker so it is a super easy summer dinner that tastes great and requires minimal hands on time.

  1. Place pork into slow cooker and sprinkle with salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Cover with can of coke and cook for 6-8 hours. When fully cooked, remove meat from slow cooker and discard juices.
  2. Cool pork slightly and shred it using two forks.
  3. Place back in slow cooker and cover with BBQ sauce and heat until warm. Serve on rolls with pickles and chips on the side.
  4. BBQ Sauce: (can be prepared in advance and kept in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks)
  5. Add all ingredients to a sauce pan and simmer, string often until thick. Use as needed.
  6. NOTE: Depending on how saucy you like your pulled pork you may need to double or triple the batch of BBQ sauce.
