Banana Bread from Scratch Recipe

This Easy Banana Bread From Scratch recipe is moist and full of flavor and since it doesn't have any eggs or nuts it is great for those with allergies.
  • 3 mashed bananas
  • 1 c sugar
  • ¼ cup butter (melted)
  • 1 tsp baking sode
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1½ cup flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  1. Combine all ingredients together and mix well ( I use my stand mixer).
  2. Add to a greased loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
  3. Remove from pan and allow to cool.
  4. Enjoy!
