Are your kids looking to do some crafting this summer? Why not create your own Bird House? This super cute craft is perfect for both kids and adults as it is easy to do and easy to personalize!
SUPPLIES NEEDED:
Small wooden bird house
Teal craft paint
Lime green craft paint
White spray paint
Paint brush
Moss (purchased from the $1 store)
Jar lid from a mason jar
Hot glue gun
DIRECTIONS
Step 1: Paint the bird house teal
Step 2: Before the teal pain has dried completely add green paint to the bird house and swirl the paints together while painting on the green paint.
Step 3: Spray paint the mason jar lid white
Step 4: Take the peg off the birdhouse and discard or save for future craft.
Step 5: Use the hot glue gun to attach the moss to the roof of the birdhouse and around the edge of the bottom.
Step 6: Glue the jar lid around the opening to the birdhouse.

This is great. I never thought about adding things to the bird house like this. I had my son paint some and put handprints on some but this is another great option.
